Pre-Order Policy
- If you order an item that is sold on a pre-order basis, we don't currently have the item in stock and ready to ship.
- When placing your order, a quoted shipping window will be outlined in the product description. Note that the shipping window stated is based on the best and current information provided from our supplier.
- We will do our best to fulfill orders within the shipping window provided however, ship times are not guaranteed and could be subject to change. In the unlikely event this occurs, we will be in touch with you regarding an updated shipping window for your order.
- If the product you ordered arrives at our warehouse anytime within or prior to the quoted shipping window, it will be packed and shipped to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- If you place a pre-order and wish to cancel the order before the item has shipped to you, please reach to us here with your order number and we will cancel the order.
- When you cancel your order, you will be refunded to the same tender used at time of purchase.
- If you place an order that includes a pre-ordered item and an item that we have in stock, you will receive two separate shipments. We will ship the item in stock when we receive your order and the pre-ordered item will ship once the item arrives at our warehouse.
- Pre-ordered items are eligible for a return unless otherwise specified in the production description. Our return policy applies to all pre-ordered items.
